Uster preventive quality control goes to the next stage

Introducing data-based optimization

This is another major initiative to achieve the goal of “efficient management of quality of mind”.

Quality Management PlatformTM to be released on ITMA 2019

As a quality management platform, the USTER® QUALITY EXPERT expert system collects and evaluates information from different stages of production and extends its analysis to each device connected to the platform. The introduction of the Quality Management PlatformTM marks the important development of Uster. It collects and intelligently analyzes data from more process segments, while adding more advanced features, including warnings of potential defects based on information and predicting yarn performance in subsequent processes. In addition, it is able to better achieve the foreign fiber control and quality-based process optimization of the ring spinning process. The platform not only alerts you through mobile apps, but also displays important performance metrics through the control panel. At the upcoming ITMA 2019, the Quality Management PlatformTM will be at the heart of the Uster exhibition area.
