Heisberg's 2016 "Audit Report" was issued a negative opinion.

The announcement shows that the Heisburg stock exchange was implemented with a risk warning because the company's 2016 Annual Audit Report was issued a negative opinion.

The basis for the negative opinion was that Haisibao did not include the actual control of the participating companies Shandong Haisibao Ocean New Materials Co., Ltd., Zibo Zhuofeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Zhuo Chuang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. in the scope of the consolidated financial statements. In 2016, the above-mentioned shareholding companies disclosed the funds of external related parties and did not disclose them as related party transactions.

The above treatment does not comply with the "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 33 - Consolidated Financial Statements", "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 36 - Disclosure of Related Parties" and its related information disclosure normative provisions, resulting in the related parties in the notes to the consolidated financial statements. The information disclosure of its transactions is incomplete.

The auditor believes that due to the importance of the foregoing matters, the attached financial statements have not been prepared in all material respects in accordance with the applicable financial report preparation basis, and have failed to fairly reflect the merger of Heisenberg on December 31, 2016 and the financial status of the company. As well as the 2016 merger and the company's operating results and cash flow, the related parties and their transaction information were not fully disclosed.

According to public information, Heisberg was listed on the New Third Board on January 16, 2015, and was transferred to the market. The company mainly produces and sells denim clothing and fabrics, and custom-made denim clothing.
